Confirming the incident, the Katsina Police Command said Bello was abducted alongside his aide at Goburawa village, Birnin Gwari area of Kaduna State.

A House of Representatives Member, Sani Bello, has been kidnapped.

It was gathered that Bello, representing Mashi/Dutsi federal constituency Katsina, was abducted in Kaduna on his way to the farm.
A twitter user, Hadi Sirika, who is believed to be close to the victim, raised the alarm on the microblogging site.
