Doctors removing a sex toy out of a patient

The man, whose identity was undisclosed, carved out a monster dildo out of cassava, and was using it to pleasure himself before things went awry.

The pleasure-seeker had no choice but to have surgery after the 18-inch vegetable he carved in the shape of a penis got stuck in his anus.

He had sensibly covered it with two condoms before inserting it, but had to call in doctors after one of them broke inside.

Once the lubrication on the massive instrument was lost, the 55-year-old could not get it back out of his anus without causing serious damage to his internal organs, particularly as his intestines could have gotten ruptured.

Surgeons at San Juan de Dios Hospital in Costa Rica took more than an hour to finish the procedure, local news reported, and thankfully the patient recovered from his ordeal.
