Hon. Elijah Adewale, representing Ifako Ijaiye Constituency of Lagos State passed away today, Thursday, July 21, of unknown causes.

Hon. Adewale reportedly attended the caucus meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, July 20, before his sudden death at the age of 65.

He had been a former Special Adviser on Eduction during former Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Raji Fashola's regime.
