Nigerian forward undergoes medicals at Tigres

Super Eagles forward, Ikechukwu Uche is almost certain to play in Mexico next season after undergoing medicals ahead of his signing with Tigres.

The Mexican top division club will be signing the forward Spanish club side Villarreal.

The official Twitter account of the Tigres tweeted a photo of Uche at the club's training ground after he landed in Mexico on Wednesday, June 17.

Barring any unforeseen circumstance, Uche will be unveiled on Thursday passing his medicals.
