Chicason group to provide 10,000 units

The Trade Union Congress (TUC), Federal Mortgage Bank, Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company Plc and Trusts Bond Mortgage Bank have come together to collaborate with Rock of Ages Properties Limited to construct 10,000 housing units.

According to Mr. Chika Okafor, Chairman of the CHICASON Group, he decided to commence the construction project to alleviate the suffering of civil servants in the federal capital territory.

The Executive Director, CHICASON Group, Adike Chux said “CHICASON is working with Development Control of the FCDA to avoid the use of substandard materials. The project is bigger than that of Gwarinpa and in the next six months, work on site would have progressed far beyond recognition.”

The Chairman also assured everyone that subscribed for the houses that they will get their houses exactly, on the date stipulated for delivery.
