Gruesome Injury for Topić's Teammate! NBA Left in Shock, Shai in Tears as Oklahoma City Loses Key Star /VIDEO/

Another devastating injury has rocked the NBA. Following multiple torn Achilles tendons during the preseason, the start of the regular season has brought no relief, with Jalen Williams becoming the latest casualty.

One of Oklahoma City's cornerstone players and a key contributor to their 2025 ring suffered a horrific injury during the clash against the Clippers.

Williams attempted a dunk in the closing stages of the game, but his foot slipped awkwardly upon landing, resulting in a gruesome ankle injury.

The entire arena was left stunned, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander moved to tears as Nikola Topić's teammate was wheeled off the court to warm applause from everyone in attendance.

It is clear that Williams faces an extended period on the sidelines, dealing a major blow to the Thunder's title ambitions. Adding to OKC's woes in the same contest, Cason Wallace suffered a shoulder injury, while Jaylin Williams hurt his right wrist.
