$100m Mega real estate project under way

Grenadines Homes say their business is to give people beautiful homes. The latest multi-million dollar resort project buttresses this vision statement.

Our sources say they have concluded plans to develop an Atlantic Resort of International standard on Water Corporation Road, Victoria Island, in Lagos state.

To put a touch of creativity, and give it an exquisite design, Grenadines Homes say they are collaborating with HOK- the largest U.S.-based architecture-engineering firm and the second-largest interior design firm.

Speaking on the project, Adeyinka Adesope, the Group Managing Director, Grenadines Homes said  “Real estate has got lots of opportunities and we want to play with a difference."

Adding that 'Grenadines remains committed to cutting edge architecture.'

An elated Noimot Olatunji, the Managing Director, Grenadines Homes, expressed optimism that the project will win an award.

Olatunji also said 'Our homes are much better than the ordinary, and we believe that the project and the services we offer will be sought- after.'

The $100 million project will sit on a prime location measuring 35,000 square metres, that boasts of luxury apartments, a five-star hotel of International standard and office spaces.
