President Commissions Road In Edo State

Edo state capital, Benin was agog yesterday as President Goodluck Jonathan visited the city to commission the Benin-Ofosu dual carriage road, a portion of the Benin-Ore Expressway.

The president also officially welcomed a former chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Tom Ikimi into the Peoples Democratic Party.

Jonathan was received by the state Governor, Adams Oshiomhole and he also paid a courtesy visit to the Oba of Benin.
