Mikel Obi congratulates Team Nigeria at Commonwealth Games

The Super Eagles captain gave his opinion on Nigeria’s flag bearers at the games, with a message on his official Twitter and Instagram accounts.

The former Chelsea man message was accompanied with Nigeria's medal winners at the Commonwealth Games.

Mikel's message was to cheer on the Nigeria's representatives, urging them to keep up the good work and add to the country's medal haul at the games.

Team Nigeria to the Commonwealth Games now have a total of 11 medals (four gold, five silver, and two bronze).

Nigeria’s contingent will hope to add to their medal haul before the end of the competition on Sunday, April 15.
