German Forward Arrives in Barcelona for Transfer

Borussia Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi has arrived in Barcelona to finalize his transfer, according to videos circulating on Spanish social media.

The German international landed at Barcelona airport this afternoon and is scheduled for his medical examination tomorrow morning. His first training session with the team is likely to be as early as Friday. As previously reported, the Catalan giants will pay Borussia €22 million plus €7 million in add-ons for the 24-year-old, who is set to sign a five-year contract with his new club.

Adeyemi will become Barcelona's second summer signing, following the acquisition of winger Anthony Gordon from Newcastle.
