Gary, was pronounced the primary physical custody of his 7-year-old daughter Leah, while his wife will be pay child support.

The settlement was struck in an Indiana court after a long year of custody-lock between the stars and his wife.

Amber Portwood, on the other hand, lost out the primary custody battle in 2011 for dealing with a drug addiction and anger management problems.

The following year Portwood was sentenced to five years behind bars for drug possession, but was released in November of 2013, after serving just 17 months in prison.

Gary Shirley’s wife is expected to pay over $1,200 per month as child support.
