Fine and Country held it's Refined Investor Series last week, on Friday, November 27th.

There, the CEO and Vice chairperson, Mrs. Udo Okonjo, revealed the Investor pick of the day.

This was ‘The One’, a residential complex in Eko Atlantic.

Mrs Okonjo went on to say why this complex was chosen.

Also, it has a sky lounge, state of the art gym, mini spa, a yoga studio, and green spaces.
