Two men amputate legs and hands of another over disagreement

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Sokoto are on a lookout for two men who reportedly amputated the legs and hands of another man following a disagreement.

Alhaji Babangida Aliyu, the state NSCDC commandant identified the suspects as Abu Alayin and Hassan Dan Asano in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He mentioned that the incident happened on Saturday, October 2, 2016. The victim has been taken to the Orthopaedic Hospital located in Dala, Kano, Daily Post reports.

Aliyu disclosed his command's commitment to ensuring that the culprits are made to face the consequences of their actions.

“We will do everything humanly possible to track the suspects, arrest them and bring them to book”, he said.
