According to information gathered by A BOLA, Samuel Amissah has already arrived in Amoreira and is undergoing his mandatory medical examinations this Friday morning. Following these, he will sign his contract with the club from the Linha. Initial reports suggested a loan move from Fulham, but a permanent transfer has not been entirely ruled out. The exact nature of the deal will be clarified when Estoril officially announces the player's signing.

Born in England with Ghanaian nationality, Samuel Amissah developed through Fulham's academy. Last season, he made 23 appearances and scored two goals for the London club's U21 team. Now, on the cusp of a crucial season for his senior career, the English youth international (with 26 caps from U16 to U19 level) sees Estoril's project as the ideal platform to establish himself. As a result, Vasco Matos gains another option for his defensive line.
