According to Elliot, the election process, which has been fast and straight forward, has enabled people to vote quickly and leave for their homes.

This had made it to appear as if the turnout at the various polling units were low, he said.

People have voted and gone back home, which is why it appears as if the turnout, is low but people have actually voted.

The process has been free and fair and no issue of malfunctioning of the card readers has been recorded, Elliot, currently representing (APC-Surulere 1) at the Lagos State House of Assembly, told NAN.

Elliot assured the people of his constituency that he would continue to serve them with humility and champion developments in different sectors if voted in to serve them again. (NAN)
