Nigerian Isolated In Spain Tests Negative For Disease

A Nigerian who sparked Ebola fears after falling ill on board a Spain-bound flight has tested negative for the disease.

The sick man was taken to a hospital in the Spanish capital of Madrid where he was isolated and tested for the disease.

The plane he was on was also taken to a special part of the airport and the passengers kept on board but they were eventually allowed to disembark normally.

Ebola fears have heightened in Spain after a nurse, Teresa Romerogot infected while caring for a now deceased priest.

Ms Romero is currently recovering in a hospital and is said to be in stable condition.
