Indications are rife that luxury Italian designer duo, Dolce & Gabana are set to open their first hotel.
According to Italian website Il Sole 24 Ore, the luxury hotel will be located in the Piazza Cordusio's Palazzo Broggi building.
Forbes further reports that the architect who designed Dolce & Gabbana's headquarters, as well as more than 40 retail stores worldwide, is renovating the space.
This will not be the first time a luxury fashion designer is veering into the hospitality space.
American designer, Tommy Hilfiger recently bought Raleigh Hotel in Miami's South Beach with the intentions of renovating it into a luxury hotel/club.
Other Italian brands like Versace and Armani have also opened fashion-inspired hotels in Australia and Dubai respectively.
