D'Nyra applies to be an 'Afro Lover' on new single featuring Tmaro

Taking an unusual route from his regular style, D'Nyra's latest gift to his fans is a super sensual vibe called Afro Lover, featuring fellow afro-fusion colleague Tmaro.

They both present their most vulnerable selves, singing highly of a certain jewel of a woman, appealing for attention and reassuring her of theirs.

Runcheck is the credited producer who has tapped into this special line of Afropop that delivered hits for the likes of Davido with If and Tekno with Pana. 

Afro Lover carries the same DNA, bearing the same deep-seated groove that gives it both danceable and easy-listening qualities.

"Let me be your Afro Lover tonight, show you it's not hard to love ya" sings D'Nyra on the hook, using intentional lyrics to drive his sonic point.

With his growing popularity as an A-list songwriter, D'Nyra chose to use his magic on himself to deliver a global standard Afropop tune.

"The single was recorded at the PMG Studio with all live instruments," he explains, giving more insight into the song's ultra-potent melody.

Afro Lover rounds up D'Nyra's musical offering for the year 2021, as he preps for the next season of his career.

Having observed the reception of his first project, Starsigns, which featured pop queen Tiwa Savage, D'Nyra's next moves promise to showcase his versatility across his songwriting and creative process.
