Djokovic's Techniques Aided Moneke: "He Shared Some Methods He Uses, They Helped Me!"

This has to be the way forward. It simply must! There are two games left, everything is on the line. It feels like a do-or-die situation. We approached it with that mindset. I believe it's a privilege to have such responsibility – to have millions of people expecting you to deliver. That's how I viewed it all. – Chima Moneke

Last night, I went to bed and visualized various scenarios. Actually, Novak sent me a message, and that meant a lot to me. There were many people supporting us even when things weren't going well, which shows who the true fans are. It's easy to criticize when things are tough, but it's much harder to keep believing when doubts come from outside. That's why I'm proud of them. He shared some of the methods he uses – how he visualizes, how he mentally prepares. It was a really long message, about breathing and all of that. Every time he takes the time to reach out to me – and he does it often – it's a great honor for me. I'm truly honored that he writes to us, so – thank you to him. – Chima Moneke

Yes, more than usual. I could talk about Shaggy for hours. He has to be our X-factor. He's unselfish, sacrifices for the team, and hits big shots when needed. True, he didn't make some of the ones I set up for him this time, but he sank five crucial ones when it mattered most. Ebuka was fantastic, 13 minutes, maximum impact. And Cody was special. I had a good game too, but others also contributed. That's how it should be. – Chima Moneke
