Muhammed, who was arraigned at the Oredo Magistrates’ Court, Benin, Edo State has been accused of theft.

He reportedly stole four cartons of powdered milk from a complainant named Favour Nawachukwu.

Following his court stunts, a group of policemen gave him a hot chase until he was captured.

He was then given some water to wash off himself before facing the judge.

A prosecutor, Inspector Thomas Ojo told the court that the accused committed the crime on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Mission Road, Benin.

Magistrate J.O. Ejale, the presiding judge adjourned the case till October 14, 2016 for presentation of evidence and sentencing.
