The combination will give you all the requirements for a well-balanced diet and is quite palatable. You could replace the premier cuts suggested here and replace with a lesser cut of meat which will economize the whole effort. INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 medium  potatoes, peeled, quartered
  •  4 small parsnips, trimmed, peeled, halved lengthways
  •  600g  pumpkin, cut into 4 wedges
  •  2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  •  1/3 cup olive oil
  •  4 garlic bulbs, tops trimmed (see notes)
  •  800g beef sirloin or Ribeye
  •  Gravy granules , to serve (see notes)
