Place sugar on your palm, scrub lightly on the area of black spots on a daily basis.

2) Milk

Milk on the body can reduce skin pigmentation and keep your skin glowing.

  • Pour milk into a bowl, soak medium-sized cotton wool in the milk.
  • Dab it on the skin for 10 minutes

Apply milk twice a day for one month.
