Precious Linus emerges winner at grand finale of competition [Day 20]

The season 2 finale of Kinabuti’s Dare2Dream in partnership with Pulse.ng was a huge success last night at the Federal Palace Hotel and Casinos, which saw 21 year old, Precious Linus from university of Port-Harcourt as the winner of the competition.

The event, which was hosted by TV host, Zainab Balogun and Cool FM DJ, Exclusive, was attended by top celebrities such as Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Mo’ Abudu, Dakore Akande and others including, Kelechi Amadi-Obi, Timini Egbuson and Ladi Balogun, saw the four finalists compete fiercely, as they went through the singing, dancing, presenting and modelling challenges.

The competition, which started with scouting young ladies from three universities, including university of Port-Harcourt, university of Lagos and university of Abuja, saw 18 contestants headed to boot camp where they were grilled and went through various challenges, including modelling.

They also were trained and coached by some of the biggest names from those different professions within Nigeria, ranging from Mo’Abudu to Maje Ayida of Eden place.

In the end, Linus won the judges and the crowd over with her impressive vocals, dancing skills and most of all her concise and well composed presenting skills, as she was announced the winner to a thunderous applause from the audience.

Linus is an inspiration for all young women around Nigeria and the world that dreams do come true and with the Kinabuti Dare2Dream platform, she will achieve amazing things.
