The ninth mentor joining the FCMB Challenge during D2D Bootcamp was Rich Tansley, head of Nigeria's leading news and entertainment website - Pulse.ng

D2D is honored to launch its special series of masterclasses presented by most prominent business moguls and ace entertainers sharing their story and words of inspiration.

The ninth mentor joining the FCMB Challenge during D2D Bootcamp was Rich Tansley, head of Pulse Nigeria.

He began his masterclass class by admonishing the D2D participants to be a high performers. By high performer, he means someone who gets work done on time.

Mr Tansley said to the participants, “If you want to be a successful person you have to work hard, work fast, get things done and be a high performer”

"Nobody cares about how you struggle or how much efforts you put in, all they care about is the work done."

He concluded by giving some characteristics of a high performer: "A high performer figures out ways to solve problems, is open minded to new ideas and ask for peoples opinion over matters."
