"Creativity and passion is important in a business" - Ladi Balogun

D2D is honored to launch its special series of masterclasses presented by most prominent business moguls and ace entertainers sharing their story and words of inspiration.

Ladi Balogun, GMD/CEO of First City Monument Bank was the tenth mentor to speak with the boot camp participants.

He began his masterclass by teaching the D2D finalists what it takes to have a successful business.  He said: “I am a big believer of business existing beyond purposes other than making profit”.

Mr Balogun also spoke on the secrets to successful business, saying, “If you want to be successful try helping and creating impact in people’s lives, be authentic; the more authentic you are the more you inspire people to work with you”

He also added “be real and unique, do things that have never been done before creativity and passion is important in a business”.
