According to "Sportske novosti," the Croatian Football Federation is set to part ways with head coach Zlatko Dalić. Dalić's contract has expired, and while both parties will discuss the future, a separation is widely anticipated. Croatia exited the 2016 World Cup in the Round of 16 after a dramatic loss to Portugal.

The federation reportedly intends to bring back Slaven Bilić. They held discussions with players even before the World Cup, and the response was positive. Captain Luka Modrić is also said to have supported the idea. Ivica Olić was another name considered, but the federation believes he would be better suited to manage the country's youth team.

Some Croatian media outlets suggest Dalić has already reached an agreement with a team from the United Arab Emirates, which would see him earn 5 million euros per season.
