Valencia's Jean Montero has been awarded the EuroLeague's best play of the 2025/26 season, with Serbian basketball player and Hapoel's Vasilije Micić being his victim.

Montero's move, where he humiliated the Serbian basketball player in a one-on-one situation, forcing him to the floor and creating space for an uncontested three-pointer, has been replayed countless times. This crucial three-pointer, scored in Round 27 of the EuroLeague, sparked the Spanish team's significant victory against the Israelis.

Also making it into the top 3 plays of the season was the alley-oop combination from Red Star's duo, Cody Miller-McIntyre and Joel Bolomboy. The third spot went to Kendrick Nunn for his last-second game-winner for Panathinaikos against Baskonia.
