The plight of the Chibok girls has attracted sympathy and outrage from all over the world, but 5 months later, they are still missing.

The over 200 schoolgirls were kidnapped from Chibok in Borno on April 14, 2014 by Boko Haram members.

On Tuesday, September 23, 2014, it was reported that some of the girls had been released, but these reports turned out to be false.
