Photos: Players celebrate with Premier League trophy

Despite clinching the Premier League with two games to go, the players had to wait till their last game of the season to touch the trophy.

Before getting to touch the trophy, they had to win their last game of the season at home to Sunderland.

Goals from Willian, Eden Hazard, Pedro Rodriguez and Michy Batshuayi gave Chelsea a 5-1 win over Sunderland to cap a brilliant season for them.

After the game, the eligible players received their medals and finally got to touch the trophy they have been fighting for all season.

To celebrate with their families, the players brought out their respective families with them on the pitch.

Manager Antonio Conte was seen with his wife and daughter; his players also came out with their partners and children.

The players with their respective families took turns to pose for photos with the trophy.
