Three new ventures join company's incubation program
Nigeria’s first social innovation centre, Co-creation Hub (CcHUB), announced on Monday that it has admitted three new ventures into its incubation program.
The new ventures will receive seed funding of between $15,000 and $25,000, mentoring, business development support and office space to help them rapidly grow their business.
The three new ventures are:
Mamalette: This is a platform for Nigerian mothers and Mothers-to-be to interact and provide mutual support and community throughout the motherhood experience.
Autobox: A platform for car owners to find and purchase genuine auto parts, tips and discussions on all things motoring.
GRIT Systems: A venture that develops web-enabled technology for controlling and amassing data about household & commercial electrical power consumption.
CcHUB has worked with over fifty early stage ventures through its programs since its inception in 2011. The new ventures join a group of exciting ventures in the company’s portfolio. It also graduated the first venture in its incubation portfolio, BudgIT, in December 2014.
