'We only sell foreign exchange in wholesale to banks'

The apex bank stated that it only sells the foreign exchange in wholesale to banks, which then sells to the public at their discretion.

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Saturday, March 26 tweeted that the apex bank sold foreign exchange to aides of President Muhammadu Buhari less than the official rates.
