Speaking exclusively to Pulse News at the premiere of the third season of the show on Sunday, February 5, 2017, the OAP shared some of his experiences as the host of the programme.

In his words: "Every season comes with its different and unique experiences. From Amala and Ewedu to Sharwama, Agege bread and Ewa gayin, I've tried and eaten them all. Believe me, the food is not only the experience I get to have for each season but also the people and owners of the joints or Bukas as the case might be."

Speaking further, "I'm so connected with the show so much that recently, I met a woman at the airport who told me how her youngd son loves the show and is always looking out to see me eat. She went further to tell me that her son nicknamed me 'mister chop chop' and I couldn't stop laughing."
