Ideye joined Malaga during the 2018 winter transfer window and has since become a regular in José González’s team amidst their battle to beat the drop.

The 29-year-old was ruled out of Malaga’s 0-0 draw with Celta Vigo and their subsequent 1-0 win over Villarreal after the international break.

Ideyew has scored only on a goal since his loan move to Malaga and he is optimistic about adding to his goal tally now that he is back from injury.

In a report by AOI Football, Ideye started his readiness to back on the field and deliver goals now that he is back in training.

Ideye posted a picture on his official Instagram account to confirm his return to training alongside a message which said, "Don’t be pushed around by the fears in your mind, be led by the dreams in your heart. #training #focus#thankful.”

Ideye and his compatriot at Malaga Success Isaac are expected to be in action when Malaga take on Deportivo La Coruna on Friday, April 6.
