English football club FC Brentford has signed Senegalese international El Hadji Malick Diouf. He joins the team from West Ham United, with the transfer fee undisclosed. The 21-year-old has penned a five-year contract with his new employers, including an option for an additional year.

Diouf arrives in West London following the 2025/26 season, which he spent in the Premier League with West Ham, where he registered five assists in 32 top-flight appearances. The left-back represented Senegal at both the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and the World Cup.

"We are really pleased to have secured Malick's signature. He's a player who fits our ideal age profile and has plenty of room for further development," Brentford coach Keith Andrews told the club's official website.
