Bomb Scare Causes Chaos In Abuja

Panic broke out in Abuja this morning after a car, which was believed to contain explosives, was discovered in the Nyanya area.

The Peugeot 406 vehicle was noticed by residents of the community who then fled to escape any resulting explosion.

A witness told Premium Times:

“The driver just parked the car and left in a hurry prompting soldiers nearby to be suspicious and people in traffic on seeing the soldiers surrounding the car began to run in different directions,”

According to reports, the car in question is currently being searched by soldiers.

Many lives were lost in Nyanya earlier this year after 2 explosions occurred in April and May
