Supporters of the Biafra movement have flooded the streets of Owerri to continue their agitation.

The protesters are gathered under the umbrella of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) and are believed to be continuing agitations for the release of Radio Biafra boss,Nnamdi Kanu from the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).

A demonstration in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on November 10 resulted in the deaths of at least three people, an eyewitness told Pulse.

Kanu was arrested in Lagos in October and has reportedly been granted bail but is yet to be freed.
