Supported in the stands by her partner, Carolina Soares Lopes—a former nutritionist at Benfica—took to social media hours after the final whistle to reflect on returning to the Estádio da Luz. "I've left this stadium after a win feeling sadder. There is no greater lightness than seeing justice reflected in the choices made. It's liberating. Today was one of those days that makes you think about the twists and turns of life," she wrote.

The nutritionist highlighted the sense of peace she felt on Saturday, contrasting it with the difficult final period of her time at Benfica: "After so many years attached to a club that was always mine, and two particularly tough years marked by the inequality I experienced firsthand here as a woman and mother, I leave this place with a feeling I haven't felt here in a long time: freedom."

"Even more than feeling it myself, it was being able to see it in the person I love. Life has surprising ways of working out and, at times, even being fair. And amidst it all, being at peace while watching the natural course of things is perhaps the greatest victory," she concluded.

Beatriz Cameirão and Carolina Soares Lopes have two children, born in early 2024. The midfielder returned to Benfica in the summer of the same year.
