The competition is heating up as World of Dance heads into its third week of the Duels. Last time, the Junior teams came out with savage dance routines and even more savage words for their opponents. Meanwhile, the Upper division dancers kept their cool (on the outside, anyway), but made sure to include some third-degree burns in their choreography.

Of course, with so many talented dancers representing so many different styles, you're probably struggling to keep track of them all (tbh, same). Don't worry-here's your cheat sheet for every single contestant that has survived their Duel and made it to the next round: The Cut.

Junior Contestants:

Ellie and Ava

These two contemporary sisters delivered an emotional routine to Kelly Clarksons "Because of You" full of show-stopping extensions and turns. Not only did their beat out their competition, krumpers Audrey and Mia, but they even got World of Dance judge J.Lo so swept up in the moment, she couldn't help but sing along.

Junior Team Contestants:

VPeepz

This Filipino youngsters started the night off with some straight-up savagery, saying they chose to duel the all-male Battle Droids because they were "confident" they could beat them. Carrying that intensity into a clean and in-sync routine, VPeepz did exactly what they thought they could-win.

Get Down District

All-female waacking group Get Down District kicked it into high gear with their performance to "When I Grow Up" by the Pussycat Dolls. Judge Derek Hough called it a "huge improvement" over their Qualifiers routine, and though GDD still seemed like the underdogs against all-female contemporary team Intention, they snagged the win.

Elektro Crew

Now, this group of underdogs transformed into fierce AF werewolves for their duel against fellow hip-hop junior team MKAM. Though Ne-Yo was quick to remind them that they'd barely made it through the qualifiers, all the judges were impressed by how hard they fought in the Duels. Clearly, all that hard work paid off-big time.

JDC

Using a mirror as a key prop, these young women used their contemporary performance to tell a story that was not only #relatable, but tugged at Jennifer's heartstrings. J.Lo had "goosies" from the second the dancers looked in their mirrors. JDC beat competitors Dancetown Divas by just one point, making it to The Cut.

The Crazy 8s

Though they might be pint-sized, these dancers are powerhouses. They floored the judges, especially J.Lo, with their Qualifier performance about one dancer's selective mutism , and didn't disappoint in the Duels either, beating out high school group West Springfield Dance. These lil cuties are already fan favorites , so keep your eyes on them in the Cut.

Redemption Round Winner: Dancetown Divas

Going head-to-head against MKAM in the Redemption Round , this junior team's fiery performance lived up to the song's name: "Level Up." Not only did they level up to the Cut, but they scored a rare standing ovation from J.Lo. (Tbh, they don't even need to win WoD now that they've done that.)

Upper Division Contestants:

The D'Angelo Brothers

This Italian duo are the first tap dancers to make it past the Duels in 'World of Dance' history (a.k.a. three seasons). They made it through the Qualifiers by the skin of their teeth-and a comparison to J.Lo's ex Marc Anthony -but seriously stepped up their game to beat out Tobias and the EZTwins in the Duels. Their routine to "Tutti Frutti" was so good, it even gave Jennifer "goosies."

Jonathon y Jorge

Dressed in matching hot pink shirts, this same-sex salsa duo made their mark on the WoD stage with an energy-fueled performance that left their contemporary competitors, Denis and Josh, in the dust. Judge Ne-Yo said, "They came to play," but clearly these guys came to win.

Poppin' John

Another contestant who barely made it through the Qualifiers round, Poppin' John played hard ball (literally) in the Duels round. His performance was full of sick burns aimed at his Duels opponent, DD Flection, and well, he torched the competition.

Derion and Madison

This contemporary duo wowed judge J.Lo with their bold athleticism in the Qualifiers, and they doubled down on that in the Duels, nailing difficult lifts and picture-perfect extensions. They're definitely ones to watch as the competition continues.

All Ready

In the last duel of the night, this Korean Latin/street duo lit up the stage with a unique and infectious routine to a classic song, Baha Men's "Who Let The Dogs Out." Their hard-hitting routine proved the ladies came "ready to battle"-and win-against their opponent Briar Nolet .

Redemption Round Winner: Briar Nolet

Though the fan favorite lost her Duels round, her score was still high enough to qualify Briar for the Redemption Round against fellow contemporary dancers Denise and Josh. After they both danced to "Heads Will Roll," Briar came out ahead (get it?), securing her spot in The Cut.

Which of these dancers will make it past The Cut to the Divisional Finals and then eventually compete in the World Finals for the $1 million grand prize? Only time will tell...
