This 2016 model comes with new updates, which include a news exhaust gas recirculation system, start/stop functionality, a modern dash cluster design, advanced off-roading assist technology.

Other jaw dropping features are the hill launch assist, descent control, a self-adjusting traction control system, this changes according to how much load the truck has, an automatic brake assist.

It also comes with two engine variants, a 2.2-liter diesel inline-four or 3.2-liter inline-five diesel engine, these have an optional all-wheel drive and an automatic or manual gearbox.

The ability to wade through 31.5-inches of water makes the 2016 Ranger perfect for Nigerian pothole-ridden roads, unfortunately, this model will only be available in South Africa, Thailand, and Argentina.
