4. Cut away unnecessary friends, they will only drag you into more problems.
5. Manage yourself and your personality.
6. Be business wise.
7. Try new and feasible business.

8. Make your current job/business personal.
9. Diversify your business.
10. Have a garden just behind the house, to cut down expenses.
11. Go into Agriculture.
