The world is on a temporary lockdown mode, no thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, and governments here and elsewhere are pressing forward with strict measures to keep their citizens safe.

While it is easy to understand that you wouldn’t be able to do some of your favourite activities because of the lockdown, we have provided a list of activities you can do to still have fun at home.

Since you can’t go to the movies, why not bring the movies to you? This is the time to get creative with what you have seen in cinemas to make up your own cinema. All you need to do is set up your room with the right ambience by turning off the light bulbs, get some snacks, and make sure you have a rich collection of great movies to choose from like action, sci-fi, romance, history, and other genres.

If you have been looking forward to adding one more language to the list of languages you understand, this is the right time to get it done. It helps that there are so many apps and websites to choose from, most of them free. As soon as you settle for one or more languages - French, Spanish, Mandarin, German, etc., stick to a daily schedule that works for you and keep learning. It’s supposed to be fun for you.

While you are indoors, it is essential to keep your body and soul active, and one of the ways you can do that is to learn yoga or exercise. Yoga and exercise guarantee physical and mental health, among other benefits. There are loads of videos and images to help you with these activities..
