The stunning bride and her Netherlands-born Ghanaian boo became engaged, and announced their wedding date three months ago. For the bi-national, colourful traditional ceremony, the couple allowed their cultures come into play and it was such a beautiful sight to see.

Carissa’s Edo heritage and Phillip’s Ghanaian tradition fused so well to create a totally unique wedding experience. The couple appeared in the popular Kente attire and also in the Edo traditional outfit as well.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the bride’s dad was all smiles in a bright yellow native outfit. His ex-wife and mother of the bride, Pastor Anita was not spotted at the ceremony.
