With brands popping up every day on the market and non-stop launches on social media, the beauty industry is brimming with new trends.

In 2019, we saw the introduction of new trends and the come-back of some which had gone out of trend.

Here are the top five beauty trends of 2019.

1. Nude Makeup

In 2019, most people ditched the bold and heavy makeup for a nude look and it worked, bringing out the sex appeal in every woman in an equable way. From nude lips to nude eye-shadows, nude make-up is the most versatile look that compliments every skin colour. Most of our celebrities and fashionistas rocked this look this year.

2. Ponytail

Spotted on runways, fashion shows, movie premiere and other events, ponytail hairstyle made a comeback from the 90s. It comes off as a go-to hairstyle when we run out of hair ideas.
