Watch heartbreaking video of 3-yr-old girl narrating how neighbour raped her

The Dorothy Njemanze Foundation, a human rights organisation founded with the aim of creating a better society by fighting abuse and promoting social values and ethics, has release a shocking video of a three-year-old girl narrating how her parent's 30-year-old neighbour raped her on December 28th, 2015, in the Elelenwo community of Rivers State.

According to the Foundation, the case was reported to the police but they have neither charged the man to court nor prosecute him.

In the 3 minutes, 46 seconds video, the toddler narrates her ordeal in the hands of the paedophile just as the mother of the girl appeals to Nigerians to help her get justice, telling how the police collected N3,500 from her to arrest the rapist and another N5,000 to take the matter to court, but still have not acted.

This is the mail the Foundation sent to online platforms narrating the absurd crime committed by a full grown man:

"Please, help us expose what people at grassroots level go through as regards the cost of justice to them. Hear this 3 year old narrate her ordeal and the mother's plea for justice.

Is the culprit still in police custody? If yes, why won't the matter be charged to court? We are tired of secretly fixing such blunders by connecting to top officers.

All police men and women need to be discouraged from participating in corrupt practices that negatively affect human lives and systems designed to protect humans.

This matter was reported to Elelenwo police station. Police needs to give proof that the culprit is in custody and take him to court. Officer Ngozi should be brought to book too.
