Moet & Chandon host 2Face Idibia’s album release party

On Saturday, July 19 in Lagos, Moet & Chandon hosted 2Face Idibia’s album release party for his sixth solo album, Ascension at Escape Nightclub, Adeola Odeku Victoria Island, Lagos. The black-tie affair was the first in the 2014 Moët Rosé Lounge series. Celebrity guests including MI, Tiwa Savage, Ade Bantu, Toolz, Peter Okoye, Jermaine Jackson, Ice Prince and Olamide were amongst some of the attendees that came and supported the music icon at the event.

Escape Nightclub will be the newest hotspot to open in Lagos. It brings the ‘mega-club’ feel with its size and ambience. Set to officially open to the public, Escape has been exclusive to select VIPs.

At the event,2Face was presented with a crystallized 3L Moet & Chandon Nectar Rose bottle by Brand Manager, Ann Ogunsulire. The handcrafted edition is the ultimate marker of hip-hop triumph.

Guests paid homage to 2Face by signing on the massive ‘Guest Signature’ board. Many of 2Face’s industry friends, label mates, and well-wishers took turns to sign on the life size wall. Instagram and Twitter was set alight with guests posting real-time images of them at the invite-only affair

The event also saw a preview of the Moet Nectar Rose light up -bottle. The new design gives the perfect expression of a bold and energetic aesthetic.

This will be the first installment to the Moet Rose Gold Nights series in Nigeria. In the past, Moet Nectar Rose personalized bottles have been presented in the United States to Music artists such as Big Sean, Ciara, Fabulous, and Wale.
