Another suicidal man rescued after he jumped into well

Another man has been rescued by the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency after he attempted suicide by jumping into a well.

According to the agency, the man whose neighbours say had once attempted to take his life, jumped into the well at his residence located on Kujore Street in the Ojota area of the state.

The man whose name was not given is said to be about 45-years-old, has been jobless for a long time and could have been frustrated into trying to commit suicide.

Men of the LASEMA were alerted in the early hours of the day after the man jumped into the 116 feet well and though he was rescued alive, was said to have sustained a fracture on his hand and was taken to the hospital for treatment by officials of the agency.
