A spokesperson for Christ Crusaders’ Deliverance Ministry, Mr. Yemi Adebisi, also said the church is not aware of how the corpses came to be found on their premises.

"The vigil that was held that night on the premises is a routine event of the church. It was the church that reported the incident to the police immediately the corpses were discovered. And this is because the church has no ulterior motive and was totally unaware of the origin of the said corpses,”

The corpses of the two boys were found on Sunday, April 3, 2016, after their families had conducted a thorough search.
