Another Friday presents another opportunity for us to introduce you to those brilliant joints that may not have popped up on your music radar this week.

These are songs from young talents, different genres, but absolutely delightful music to give your playlist a pleasant vibe this week.

CJ Kris - True Love

Chijoke Christopher, aka CJ Kris started music professionally in 2010 and has been honing his skills as a member of his church choir.

'True Love' is his first official single as he steadily tries to build his profile.

The song was produced by Topage.


Imani Scott - 'Get Litty'

Rising talent, Imani Scott based in Houston, Texas is a funkadelic pop singer who is inspired by the likes of Bruno Mars.

Her recent song,'Get Litty' is a party anthem and the official single from her debut LP titled, ''The Introduction''.

The song wasproduced by Isaac 'Chill' Yowman.


Catherine Onyekwere - 'Na You'

Catherine introduces herself to the Nigerian music scene with a catchy debut single titled ‘Na You’.

'Na You', produced by Masterkraft, is a mid-tempo love song.

The happy, lighthearted way in which Catherine delivers the lyrics complements the drums and strings, adding a playful vibe to the song. The song also features talented guitarist Fiokee.


T'Nneka - 'Feeling'

T'nneka, born Tina Nneka Okonta, is an Afro pop singer/ songwriter from Delta State, who has been making music since she was 19.

The singer who attended the Lee Music School and has performed as a backup singer for artistes such as Olamide, Kcee, Timi Dakolo and more, is now on the path to making her own name with the release of her first official single, 'Feeling'.

'Feeling', which is produced by Lushbeatz, tells the story of a girl outpouring the admiration she has on a man and features Guitar by Adam.


Tomi Thomas - 'Shaken'

Exciting talent Tomi Thomas returns with his latest single, ''Shaken''.

Tomi Thomas was one of the most visible faces at the end of the year events that closed 2017 as his features on SDC's Palmwine Music project and Lady Donli''s crowd favourite, '' made him the most sought after vocalist on the scene.

'Shaken' produced by Spax, has a reggae feel as he sings on how his heart feels for his loved one.


Pupa Tee - 'Ariwo'

Adelaja David aka Pupa Tee, is known for his amazing fusion of Afropop/Reggae dancehall/ and R&B.

The budding talent is presently working on his debut 6-Tracks EP, titled 'Shakah 2 D World', which is to be released on July 30th.

'Ariwo' is one of the lead singles off the project and it is produced by E Kelly.


Tytanium - 'Banza'

Tytanium says prayers are cool, but our leaders need to start acting.

In his new single titled, 'Banza', Tytanium derails from his usual party songs as he adds his voice to happenings in the country placing his pains and anger on wax.

Banza is a follow up to his most recent EP, “Late Night Special” which has currently gathered over 100K streams on all platforms.


Idyl x Lungi Naidoo - 'Owami'

The Voice Nigeria Season Two winner, Idyl has released his second single, 'Owami'.

Featuring South African singer and fellow Universal Music Act, Lungi Naidoo, the duo serve an electro-fusion and house tune with  a feel of contemporary Nigerian dance music.


Ryan Omo - 'Keys'

Dr. Dolor Entertainment's emerging act, Ryan Omo, has released a new single, titled, 'Keys'.

With a unique blend of the urban Naija and Ghana sounds, "Keys" is a love ballad that sees Ryan Omo pour his heart out in his affection for his lady, cementing the tune as one to watch out for this summer.


Pelli - 'Cry'

SMGO recording artiste, PELLI continues stoking the musical ember as he pours out his heart on a brand new, emotional single, 'Cry'.

'Cry' is a song talking about the state of the Nation and happenings around the society. The socio-conscious tune, with audio produced by O2 Beatz and visuals directed by ELMATHEHYBRID shows another side to the singer as he makes a plea for the nation.

Heavy Heart is the debut album of Nigerian alternative singer-songwriter Dwin, The Stoic.

If you are in search of something different from almost every other thing you have heard from any other Nigerian artist this year, then Dwin, The Stoic is the man with this 13 track project.

'Heavy Heart' is a multi-genre album with an infusion of Folk, Hip-Hop, RnB, and Neo-Soul.

The album features young talents in abundance with the likes of Davina Oriakhi, Barelyanyhook, Jamal Swiss, Gido, Vader the Wildcard, Paybac, and Nnanyimovich (Dwin, The Stoic’s alter ego) all making it a memorable project.

Talented singer,  finally debuts her first body of work titled SEVEN, which is a compilation of seven inspiring songs mostly written and produced by her and a few other producers.
