American university hosts Nollywood filmmaker
Nollywood filmmaker, Doris Ariole recently shared tips on how to produce good films like her own, "Benevolence", with students of Full Sail Film University.

Since the debut of her movie, "Benevolence", in the U.S. Ariole has been attracting recognition from Hollywood enthusiasts.
In an interactive session with students of the Full Sail Film University, one of the top five film schools in the U.S., Ariole said her movie, "Benevolence" is gaining recognition because of the expertise and ingenuity displayed in the work.

In her words, “I start writing any story with a premise which is usually a 'What if situation' that triggers a 'God forbid' situation. If I can't extract a premise from a concept, I don't bother to write.
“Beyond that, I develop a synopsis that has beginning, middle and end. The next stage is the scene by scene outline, where I describe what happens in every scene. Then the main screenplay is the final process. In all, I spend about two months for the entire writing process," she explained.
Ariole further stressed that though the movie reinvents biblical story using today’s analogy, it boasts of artistic production with a mixed of comedy, romance and thriller.
"Benevolence," which is currently screening in Orlando, Florida since August 12, 2016, features top acts in Nollywood including Kalu Ikeagwu, Ijeoma Peters, Emeka Smith, Tim Godfrey, Patrick Doyle, Chioma Nwosu and model-singer Fragrance Kayoh.
