CAN partners with group to donate to less privileged

The aim of this donation is to make them happy and also to promote love, mercy and peace amongst donation recepients.

The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN has partnered with UFUK Dialogue Foundation to donate various gift items to children from Ijamido Children’s Home and Pacelli School for the Blind and Partially Sighted Children, at the Chapel of Christ the Light, Alausa, Ikeja, daily times reports.

President of UFUK Mr. Kamil Kemangi said the aim of this donation is to make them happy and also to promote love, mercy and peace amongst donation recepients.

“UFUK is an initiative with the mission to promote interfaith and intercultural relationships, stimulate thinking and exchange of opinions on supporting and fostering democracy and peace all over the world. Also to provide a common platform for education and information exchange through conferences, seminars, common projects, scholarships and several other activities.“

As such, we are committed to universal values of freedom, justice, democracy and the rights of all living beings in order for everyone to live peacefully. It is important for individuals to rise above differences that drive us apart,” he stated.
